Oh, if you search: +iphone +cisco -apple on Google, you get about 330,000 results. But if you search: +iphone -cisco +apple, you get more than 18 million results. All these results did not magically appear overnight after Steve Jobs' announcement. And it is really about whether confusion ensues in the minds of consumers.

Both do what they are supposed to do just fine. Plus the ipod has a higher capacity than the iphone and I can watch videos on it and hook it up to an video output.
