It would keep me from having to carry around another GPS module for my Tomtom. However, the Garmin w/ heartrate is nice (new model, not the clunky old one) & has other training features (altimeter, for one).

Anthony

Comments on Globalsat kicks out GH-615 GPS watch / receiver

This would *almost* be nifty if it was bluetooth too..

Khaytsus

Comments on Globalsat kicks out GH-615 GPS watch / receiver

left out a "to" in that last sentence . . .

KYDS3K

Comments on Globalsat kicks out GH-615 GPS watch / receiver

bluetooth would help alot. When I go biking and running I never feel the vibrate of my phone when it rings in my pocket. A handy watch which has GPS ad vibrates when I get a phone call would be killer. My phone battery dies way to fast for me to use it as my primary mp3 player and the prepriotary headset that you need to use with it to hear rings while listening to music is crap quality.

any news on any sort of new garmin watches being made?

mike

Comments on Globalsat kicks out GH-615 GPS watch / receiver

I hope sites like http://www.grapheety.com can start to link into this.
