They will be the first to offer rental downloads direct to a set-top box.  The potential is enormous if they do it right.  I wonder if iTunes will start doing rentals in order to compete. But I'm sure they will find a way to access it directly through the Tivo box in the future.  Looks like the quality will be decent, better than the Tivo "Best Quality", and widescreen format.
