For example I know a few lawyers who just edit PDF's all day and if they could just write on the printed PDF and have it merge your hand writing on to that file they would love but I don't think you can with this. Or have some form like at a doctors office and you fill it out and it automatically merges the two files together that you can store for later. I got it cheaper and quicker form Amazon than I would have from Adesso.  I would suggest getting and extra pin though.  I use in my class, we have a computer and overhead projector, instead of writing on the dry erase board (which is hard as h3ll to erase) I write on my Cyberpad which is projected on the overhead screen, I then print it out for my class. I like it - I want one - but probably not this one....
