But seriously, even while using this device .. if you find yourself getting drowsy .. please get off the road .. if there is no exit nearby then (in compliance with  laws) in a viable location pull over to the side and turn on your blinker lights. Then maybe get about 30 minutes of rest and drive to the nearest rest stop/hotel and get a proper sleep. Thing is that it can also go off if you try to get something from your glovebox, or if you look down to your car stereo. And it makes a hell of a noise in your ear.
