Anyway, the price should be cheaper and it would a great 'tweener device, just something you'd like to have while hanging out at a coffee shop or somewhere to just browse the internet/send email without having to take your laptop.

I didn't see a price but I can totally see this thing at about $1000, which is probably $500 more than it should be. We don't know the final price (the numbers given in the last Q1 Ultra Engadget post were for existing Q1 models - if you read the source closely)... but I'm willing to bet that $999 to $1200 for the basic unit (without DVB-T, HSPDA or WiBro - ie: the North American version) is roughly in the ball park.

I think I know what my birthday present is this year. :)
