I got a good long look at it, because it was just kind of odd to see this Asian girl on an NYC subway train watching a cheesy game show on what is clearly an advanced piece of electronics not actually available at retail in the United States. It's also REALLY small in person. So I was kind of transfixed for a little while.

I'm not sure it was under the brand name "Epoq" but it was definitely this device.

The screen was actually really good, and I saw no jerkiness to the video or anything. The viewing angle was pretty outrageous; she had the thing nearly perpendicular to me and I was still reading the text graphics the show had pretty clearly. (Well, not reading them - I don't speak Korean - but seeing them, anyway.)
