It's in the town of Oyster Bay.  And it's named after a person.<br><br><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hicksville%2C_New_York" rel="nofollow">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hicksville%2C_New_York</a><br><br>For anyone outside the northeast, this idea really is not much different than the regular jukeboxes a lot of real diners have at every booth.
