Both are German however. And they both are pretty crappy when using a softphone... the AVM Fritz!Box DSL modem router firewall etc. however sounds good. I don't know why, the softphones should use the same codecs etc., but maybe the Fritz!Box can shape the traffic better. You will have to use a normal phone with it though... like really beautiful Philips in this article.
