Another week, another teaser image for Bethesda's upcoming Fallout 3 This teaser pic, uploaded Monday, shows a soldier laying on his back, presumably captured or defeated by the scavengers standing over him posing for the picture. Bethesda VP of Public Relations and Marketing Pete Hines said that the plan is to put all these pictures out in high resolution sometime down the road.
