You can't fucking be serious. The battery indicator is in the top right corner. That's where practically every device with a display puts the battery indicator. They were putting it there well before the iPod. Or did Messiah Steve copyright the top right corner, too?

As others have said, this looks more like a rip-off of the Zen, though it's clear that elements are also lifted from the Nano. But what do you expect? The market is so flooded with digital music player wannabes that you have to expect that some are going to copy elements of the successful ones.
