The battery indicator is in the top right corner.  That's where practically every device with a display puts the battery indicator.  They were putting it there well before the iPod. Other electronics manufacturers should be forbidden from placing buttons on the edge.  Or on the front (apple did that first, too). Or did Apple take out patents on the entire color spectrum?<br><br>As others have said, this looks more like a rip-off of the Zen, though it's clear that elements are also lifted from the Nano.  But what do you expect?  The market is so flooded with digital music player wannabes that you have to expect that some are going to copy elements of the successful ones.  What, you want blazing originality each and every time? I think people should get their head out of the picture and go out and actually try one.  I was really impressed with it.  Oh and its Mass Storage Complient.<br><br>Who cares what it looks like?  BTW...did anyone notice how so many DAPs these days are rectangles?
