Shame on him, this isn't the fault of the store.. and no court would ever back him up. After working in retail for 15+ years I have to side with CompUSA.

They have always been very fair when I've needed their help.

Nobody is above a merchant account. Walmart had their merchant account turned off because there chargeback rate was too high and the merchant account didn't like it.

I hope to see compUSA go under soon. they bought and killed my beloved Computer City. I would love to meet the CEO of CompUSA.
