Not really any harder to read than a standard analog wristwatch. It sort of has a Cylon Raider look to it... my only complaint is that it's so big and heavy and they don't make more female sized watches. Nothing beats a real, hand-made, mechanical, wind-up watch.  Now they take true genius and artistry to design and make.
