I am currently unable to pair this frame with my phone, and the only answer I have received to date is thare are no instructions available. This is not an intergrated Bluetooth device. It is an ordinary picture frame that ships with a Bluetooth "Thumbdrive" that is inserted in the only available USB slot. This means it needs to be disconected from your Pc, and the thumbdrive needs to be inserted before you can connect via Bluetooth. All said, I am still unable to connect and I think the frame that was sent is running on outdated software. There is no Bluetooth option in the frames set-up menu. This is a terrible product from a very unprofessional company. Do not buy from Mediastreet.

johnlaverda

Comments on MediaStreet adds Bluetooth to eMotion digital photo frame

The final version of the eMotion Bluetooth Frame has a built-in USB bluetooth dongle. The pre-mass manufactured (pre-release) units offer an external bluetooth dongle. Either way, the functionality is the same and the Frame can be paired with a bluetooth device. Please be sure to check that your camera-phone has the cability to "send" photos to a PC via bluetooth. If it can "send" to a PC, it can send to the eMotion Bluetooth Frame.

Contrary to the above post, you can not plug in a bluetooth USB dongle to *any* digital frame unless the frame has been designed and developed to work with the bluetooth protocol.

We only have pre-mass manufactured (pre-release) units in inventory which means they have an external usb bluetooth dongle (it is not built-in) and the instruction manual is not complete yet as we are adding new functionality to the remote control. These pre-release units are typically for the Press and for Retailer demonstrations. The mass-produced, Final product will be in stores soon.

Anybody who received a pre-release unit is made fully aware of this, and if not completely satisfied, or needs tech support, please let me know at bradbaxter@mediastreet.com. Supporting a pre-release product is my speciality:-) John, please email or call me 888-633-4295 press 0 and ask for Brad. One way or another, John, we would appreciate the opportunity to satisfy you! if you are not pairing the frame to the phone, maybe the dongle is broken or defective and I am sure I can help.

Brad

Comments on MediaStreet adds Bluetooth to eMotion digital photo frame

You have to congratulate Brad for helping a customer out on a third party website's comment forum!
