Give me a nice art style frame and something 1" max and I'll be pleased.  Also throw in a touchscreen option. Coolest thing about this is that it mounts to an LCD via the standard VESA mounts, for under $350 you can bolt this to the back of an LCD and just sit it on a table.<br><br>for $100 I'm tempted to bolt it to my desktop LCD and use it for %90 of what i do on a PC, check email. The digital photo frame makers are putting too high a markup.  As an alternative, make one yourself from an older laptop. What I want to see is little wireless light bulbs made out of green, red, and blue LED's.  Then you could turn your whole house one color, or make it pulse, or whatever.  Add a single pixel camera on the roof, and you could have commands like "Set to external ambient".<br><br>I guess I'm all for new stuff, and as far as LCD's go, well, I hope to maybe get a laptop soon and I'd like LCD prices as low as possible.  I have to admit..  I've never owned a full sized flat screen in my life.
