The united states is invading these countries because terrorists bombed the towers. Doesn't seem very logical to me. I sincerely hope I don't get a reply saying 'Ahh! But those countries are supporting terrorists! therefore they, and all of the citizens within deserve to be bombed to hell!!' Thats not even true to all the countries. Like what did Iraq have to do with 9/11? And they certainly didn't have any weapons of mass destruction...

@Das: For the most part, I agree with you. US soldiers shouldn't be put in harms way, but at the same time I worry about the consequence of waging war without the fear of loss of human life. what would stop the US from invading every country they don't like?

But at the same time, I don't like how there isn't any consideration for the citizens that are being killed by the US military and US military equipment. Sure, I know US citizens care most about US soldiers, and thats alright, but where's the justice in not caring at all for the thousands of families torn apart and the children killed in the country the military is invading?

@coffee: Okay, war sucks... It's generally a bad thing, and we don't want to be in one... so the solution to the problem of war is to bomb them until there's nobody left to oppose us?
