We already know DOGS can be used to sniff out drugs.


I propose that instead of trying to develop laser guided bullets and HALO BUBBLE SHIELDS, Darpa develop a BIO DEFENSE INITIATIVE where animals would be the primary service units.


We know that animals have tremendous senses of smell and sight. We already know WE CAN train them to located explosives and to IDENTIFY individual people through scent or sight (bloodhounds for example).


Why not put all these natural technologies together and use animals as Homeland security enforcement.
