I'm struggling to see the market for such huge machines, and you'd have to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to use one of these on you lap for more at a few minutes...

Think we need a new name or class for these machines, I'll suggest one unportable! the extreme opposite of ultraportable.

See, back in the day sonny, things that were movable but big/heavy were called mobile while things that were light were called portable.

Then along came those new-fangled cell phones and they used to get installed in cars. We called those car phones and then when the handheld versions started becoming more popular some people had a cell phone and a car phone so we started calling the handheld cell phones "mobiles" because they weren't tethered to the car.

I live in multi-cultural Vancouver where the population is now over 40% Asian. There's still a difference in "power", but I guess specs will come closer over time, and finally, desktop computers will remain only for people that need very specific configurations and such.

I mean, no one will buy a 20" laptop for "mobility". Yeah, it's still easier to carry a 20" laptop than a full blown desktop... but not exactly easy to put in a backpack(unless you are THE HULK!).


Anyways, looks great. Best of all: LCD IS SAMSUNG!
