They actually restrict your gaming experience.
I have respect for the additional controllers Nintendo releases because they actually CONTROL stuff. Personally, I'd like to see more first party controllers. Finally someone understands what I want out of a system. I used to love when xbox had the choice of A and S controllers because I never consistently felt like using only one. One of the best perks of the Wii is many games give you at least two choices of gameplay.

This device requires no power and the cable between the nunchuck and wiimote hides underneath. The nunchuck goes back and forth and sits in the stand, this is the throttle. The wiimote can move in all directions and sits in the stand as well with complete mobility as the steering. I do agree that the Wii definitely has not had any real games out yet. My Wii has been used only for the occasional match of Smash Bros, and a very rare bout in Pokemon. HOWEVER, a rather long list of hopefuly great games area coming out in the next 2 quarters: Mario Strikers, Metroid (something), Smash Bros Brawl, and that Mario and Sonic Olympics game to name a few. Nintendo's new marketing strategy isn't working as well as I think theyd hoped. They chose to not release all of their inevitably best selling first party games in order to give the second and third parties a chance. I mean let's face it-Nintendo has ALWAYS overshadowed third party companies by blowing their games of the water with their own creations. It really put off everyone else, and now they're trying to be more hospitable to them, but it seems like this year has a massive outbreak of Nintendo's own characters.
