He showed it to me and of course I just had to have one. It was listed for 299 but the next day I was listed for 199 on the OD website so they credited me back 100. The unit works well. It is very fast. When using it in town I like to use it in "Truck" mode. This keeps me on main streets. I used it the first day to go to work and it took me that way I always go once it told it I did not want to take the freeways or toll roads. I also wanted it to stick the SD card in from my digital camera and show pictures. The MP3 player is nice for a backup player. It has a auto complete when typing in a address. That is also cool. I also like the 2 year warranty. It will also keep your last 50 addresses in memory. This is my first GPS. I just turned it on and started using right away. Very small learning curve.

Byron92806

Comments on Becker comes to the US with the Traffic Assist Highspeed 7934 GPS

Well, at least I found out that the Becker GPS uses Navteq maps for US and Canada here, but can anyone tell me if the Becker GPS uses WAAS and SiRF technologies? That information seems to be hard to find on the internet to me.

W. Davis
