For those of you who love your glossy notebooks, and I know there will be a lot of you. I have a MacBook and didn't have an option with the glossy vs non. It's bearable but only to the extent that I can reposition it, which is fine for a notebook. Also most of the time you have lots of white on the screen which helps to hide the glare.

When your talking about a desktop computer or a TV it's much more of a pain in the ass to reposition them to get rid of the glare. Many times moving furniture just isn't feasible.

Gloss is a total deal breaker for me and my entire organization, which is a shame because we were considering converting the entire office to iMacs. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens to the Mac Mini's or just get MBP's for everyone.]]>Aug 7th 2007 2:53PM
