One Stiletto had an internal problem and would just quit playback of recorded material. The other three have all had problems with the jack interface on the bottom.

Both of the vehicle and home adapters have all had interface problems with the jack....

Really bad design on that interface, SIRIUS. By not changing that interface severely lowers the quality of this device.

I listen to approximately 12-14 hours a day. Start out in the home adapter in the morning, switch to the vehicle for the drive to work. At work I use the Wi-Fi connection, then switch back to the vehicle, and home again.

I can tell you, the Wi-Fi is still too limited. So the one that was reviewed and the one I have that works is just a fluke? What you really mean to say is that they ("every unit") do not work for you. Other than that it is a very techy unit. I love this radio, and yes I bought it for it's sleek design so I can live with the small lettering.
