Let's take a look at the first two words here, "When kid". Believe it or not, this is not a coherent thought. But watch what happens when we squeeze "I was a" between "when" and "kid". We get: "When I was a kid". Notice the importance of having a subject.

Also, it's important to remember that you need to use "an" and not "a" when the next word begins with a vowel, like in the word "old".

Now, let's have a look at some verbs in this post. We have "kids needs", which implies that kids are the subject of this sentence, and the verb is "needs". However, while "kids" implies a plural, "needs" implies singular. The two, when combined, are grammatically incorrect. The proper phrasing is "kids need".

Now, you've used the word "or" here, and I don't know why. I think you best omit it. "Or" is used to compare two or more things, and while you have correctly used it later on in that sentence, here it is not needed.

Finally, I'll remind you that "tard" is not a real word, but because it is a commonly used slang term, it is perfectly useable when posting on the Internet. It is a good idea to refrain from using it anywhere else.
