Does anyone recognize it? Converting it to electricity and then driving a motor will only make for a draggy, unpleasant experience.<br><br>The headtube seems way to slack of an angle, and the rider position... not so good.<br><br>So it's less than an electric motorscooter, and less than a bicycle.  But more expensive than either.
