As for the car concept, it seems doable because in my area there is an explosion of those electric handicapped/oldpeople vehicles and this is the same but with a cover it seems.
Not sure why 50% of the people suddenly drive around in those handicapped things, must be some EU thing where you get them free or something.
Anyway it seems the embarrassment to go around as if you are handicapped must be over because I doubt that so many people suddenly are in such a state to warrant the need, so the market is ripe for this already.
