For those that can't handle Japanese, this is in Shibuya. Get to Shibuya station and leave from the "minami" or South exit. Cross the big street with one of the stairway overpasses.

The Cerulean Tower is a huge hotel. They do have an English website. Surely you can get directions or a finger pointing if you ask, as it's well-known.

If you come out the wrong exit (Hachiko exit), go to the poice box and ask directions.
