The Google people are great and all the interesting folks I met were nice. I even bumped into one of my former students there, to my surprise. The tech displays and examples were really interesting, and I wish I had more time to talk with everyone.<br><br>The best part for me was meeting you and chatting. It's great to know that Engadget is crafted by genuine and decent folks, for wireheads like us.<br><br>And kudos to the Google folks - you rock. It's kind of heavy, about 1.5kg maybe.  It was all gimmick.  It it cost about $50, I'd think about getting one, but not for the proposed $400 price.  For me, seeing an iPhone was a first.  Saw an OLPC from a distance.  Then there was some obscure stuff, some software displays, and a Roomba.  If you could understand Japanese, then whatever was being presented on the projector might have been interesting also, but I could follow most of it.
