The battery life is not bad either at 280 CIPA for a fashionably small camera.

It works fine, and in sunlight I can view the LCD perfectly. And you can even draw on top of the images you take using the stylus. Anyway, give it a chance its actually NOT very thick at all and its diff. then many of the T series since the lens does not protrude out. Agreed, I did not like many of the other T series cameras.
