If I did that a lot, I can definitelys ee preferring to have a nice gaming laptop that I could transport instead.<br><br>Outside of that though, for someone who needs a laptop primarily for work, etc. a gaming laptop usually doesn't have the portability or battery life to make it worthwhile. I know it's about twice as expensive as a comparable gaming desktop, HOWEVER since I live in a small NYC apartment, I simply do NOT have the space for a big gaming desktop and the monitor I'd have to get for it. I don't have the deskspace and I don't have the floorspace for it. I can also take the laptop with me anywhere I go when I travel for business.<br><br>This particular laptop looks really hot, but the price is completely ridiculous. I dunno I'm interested in getting a Rock Laptop, I'm in college and want a powerful machine.. but I'd likely pick up a lower end Rock Laptop. Framerates are astounding with my GeForce Go 7300 in 1680x1050@32bpp, but on this?  One can only imagine.  This is why Vista is awesome, it's pushing the envelope of affordability of high-end graphics hardware - now us Linux users can get better kit for less green!
