Fall Xbox 360 update touches on social networking

With under a fortnight to go until Microsoft looses the Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard update on us, we're still learning even more about what it will entail. The latest tidbit touches on the oh-so-zany social networking craze, as gamers will soon be able to browse the friends lists of their pals in order to connect with old buddies or get all up in the digital grill of complete strangers. Starting on December 4th, the default setting will enable your Xbox Live friends to browse your list at will, and if that just doesn't set well with your conscience, you can hit the read link for instructions on how to spoil some fun prevent it.

I think that's all your PS3 can do at the moment cause there is no good games. Oh Snap, thats right they are delayed or getting horrible reviews. How many top xbox games are there vs PS3 alot!

I own an N64 and a PS2... and I think that was a stupid comment that he thought would go unnoticed or would result in him getting bashed and then having every other PS3-lover come and defend him. For the sort of cash you gotta drop for a PS3, I would damn well hope it does more than a 360, even if anyone who owns a 360 already has a computer.

Anyhow... my next computer will be a PS3 :D

Why does any review of the 360 or the PS3 stimulate debate about it vs. other consoles? Either way, unless this new release shows some serious improvements, I think PS3 is the only way to go. I'm not the only one who feels this way:

I bought a ps3 yesterday with a free copy of call of duty(to play with my friends). It was a waste of money after 3 games i switched the 360 back on and my ps3 is now for sale...sorry guys but it dosent compare to the 360.

Divx/xvid support and WPA2 would really be welcome. This friends-browsing might be helpful once in a while, but seriously, Microsoft, find more meaningful features to give us...
