I've never seen ONE RCA product that I'd be happy to own. It does shows signs of this technology making it in the market place though. Let's see how long it takes for Apple to jump on this.

Mike

Comments on RCA's S2501 Jet Stream gets reviewed

Same, I was only happy with my RCA TV, actually... Which I sold (8 years old non-flat CRT 27" for 100 dollars, paid 300 for it, I guess it held its value pretty well. :P).

AlexP

Comments on RCA's S2501 Jet Stream gets reviewed

My Samsung P2 and Creative Bluetooth headphones serve my needs much better than this could.

Big Sam

Comments on RCA's S2501 Jet Stream gets reviewed

The headset looks a lot like my Lubix NC1. And that's not a good thing. Not only it's uncomfortable and starts to hurt your ears after like 5 minutes, it's also loose inside the ear, so the quality suffers. And putting a wire on a wireless headset isn't a very good idea. It does get in the way most of the time.

And you look like an idiot while wearing it.

I like my Motorola S9 much better. Sure it could use more storage, and yes the menu setup sucks. BUT... I load it up with metal to listen to while working out, set it on shuffle, and I can lift and do cardio to my hearts content with no friggin wires getting in the way.

It delivers what it promised... no wires!

matty

Comments on RCA's S2501 Jet Stream gets reviewed

Okay I bought this item, and I love it to death. I have read this review and pc's review and I think they are a little goofy and may need new jobs. Ultimately the less gadgets you have to manipulate the better, I am glad they did away with the annoying headphone wire and the idea that you have to hand hold your mp3. I also really like that at home I can put in my wireless phones and press play one time, and set the player down and just run around enjoying my new found freedom. I use the mp3 for new plays from there it usually ends up on a cd. Technology is a virtue, be kind.

carynmassey
