Too small these days!!! I'm not even happy with the 120GB in my MacBook, and I was feeling cramped with a 320GB external drive.<br><br>Put it in a PMP and we'll talk. Stick it in the iPod touch, and we're in business. <br><br>I wouldn't bother with a portable drive under 100GB, though. I would load Leopard and some disk utilities like DiskWarrior on it, use it as a medic disk. They said they found a way to said the found a way to stack data on its side instead of flat, so they can be much more dense. See, what we use in the conventionary HD is like floor tiles, they are all layed out flat next to each other. Wouldn't it be WAY more effiveint to put them side to side like books on a shelf? And thats why you can get these smaller, higher capacity HDs. Hitachi said they wanted until early second quarter to test it out, they dont want the genius idea to go to hell just like solar cells because of a few bugs/crashes. They said they were going to release a 500 GB the size of a domino then, and the TB at that size n late 08, early 09. So manybe they got these guys cheap early versions to test out en masse.
