This is the very reason why I refuse to own a Sony product.  The one and only time I bought a Sony product was an MD player which was a huge piece of crap. I mean the 16g itouch is around $400.  The PSP is around $200 and this 16g is make it pretty unreasonable buy of $500 total(you're better off with a PS3).
