I'm thinking the whole thing would make more sense as a wrist-watch INTERFACE for a separate mobile phone, don't you think? I mean, with Bluetooth you could pair the watch up and do EVERYTHING this does. It would be smaller, lighter, and likely cheaper. And you wouldn't be stuck wearing the same watch all the time.

I think that devices like this one are supposed to be used with a BT headset at all times. However, if it has a decent speakerphone (which is entirely possible, given this thing's size), then I don't think it would be that bad. You hold your current phone relatively close when it's on speaker, right? Preferably HSPA with T-Mobile (once they get their s**t together and offer 3G in the US), but EVDO with Sprint would be acceptable.
