(bit of a rant here)

I bought one of their N routers (TEW-631BRP) a little while ago, had many problems with it (dropping connections every 2 hours, very low throughput) and tried to contact their tech support, only to find (that aside from the people who read a script at you) that they say "don't call us, we'll call you"

Needless to say, they didn't call me 3 times, and when I finally did get a call, the person said "here, try this beta firmware, I'll call you back tomorrow to see if it works"

I called their customer support, and was told "we don't care if your product doesn't work as advertised".

They would not even consider an RMA.

Avoid them!
