There are several reasons it *isn't* registered by Apple:
1) It redirects to http://www.apple.com/?Will+We+see+a+MacBookAir+on+Tuesday?. This is just a page, or URL anyone could make up. I could register a domain and forward it to http://www.apple.com/?Greg+is+the+coolest!. Ta-da! Apple thinks I'm the coolest! Not.
2) The domain forwarded to a parked domain before. When has Apple EVER forwarded to a parked domain, in the history of domains? That's right, never.
3) It's a protected domain. Past years, domains haven't been protected in this way.

The more you think about it, the less likely that this domain is Apple, and more likely that it's just a fanboy.
