I also agree with the wide angle thing. I've been looking for a wide angle Canon with vari-angle LCD (I'm never getting another camera that doesn't have a flip-and swivel LCD, they're invaluable), but I've nearly given up and I'm considering replacing the A610 with a S5 IS and some conversion lenses (12x zoom with wide angle!).
