I have several friends with it. It has plenty of battery left at the end of the day. I doubt it's much better in the 8GB version, because ALL the n-series phones are terrible battery hogs as soon as you actually start using any of the features! I've been massively underwhelmed by my n95, and having 8GB on board won't make much difference as its only use would be to kill the battery by taking photos or playing music. Everything else about the phone is quite nice (although the front panel controls are too fiddly and easy to cancel a text by mistake), but the battery means its a joke. The N82 was the same for me (but only used it for three weeks). If you are fine with the smaller screen and the look of the N82, I would recommend it. It's faster, Xenon flash, much faster Gps, camera cover... Though looking forward to FW updates. Camera in N95 has won many reviews, but k850 is in the same level now with fw updates(thought N95 takes pretty horrible low light pics), but if one of the main reasons to buy a phone is camera your better with N82 or samsung( sry name escapes).
