No public school I've ever been to has allowed the use of mp3 players or video game handhelds in class. At my school there was a sub that let us listen to our iPods when we were finished with our work. He got fired. Anyways, I don't know where this was. Now there are some who don't want us to use them at all, but all my teachers let us use them when we work. Heck we even get to play Counter-Strike  1.6,  Battlefield 1942 (any game for that matter) in our programming class over LAN every two weeks.<br><br>To atomicthumbs, this is the internet and not an essay... Heck, today my computer teacher gave me the WPA passcode to the wireless networks around the school.<br><br>My school tends to have a DFU aproach: Dont Fuck Up. People in the physics class thought I was crazy when I was throwing stuff out of my pocket and forced them to feel the batteries that were burning hot.
