China's Zhuhai Zhenrong Corp, largest importer or Iranian oil agreed to use Euros instead of USD. China recently started diversifying their $1.3+ Trillion from USD to Euro.

In December 2007 Iran officially stopped accepting USD for their oil. The Iranian Oil Bourse will be the only global market for purchasing oil with a currency other than the USD (current markets = NYMEX, IPE).

When demand for anything in our universe goes down (i.e. US currency)
the value drops (result = bad for all countries with large USD reserves).

Why?

If countries start buying their oil via IOB (Iranian Oil Bourse)
they'll diversify (sell) their USD reserves (falling currency) into Euro (stable currency) demand for USD will drop and value will drop. China is already diversifying their massive USD reserves into Euros.

Iraq was able to sell their oil in Euro for 6 months before the US
invaded - the first order of the day after invasion was reinstating
USD Petrodollar as currency of trade for Iraqi oil.
