Portable just means you can port it around easily. You know ... Move it. Port-able meaning able to be ported. Absolutely nowhere does that mean "usable while on the move". I used to have a portable tv back in the day that was just small and had a handle. You still had to plug it in. Mobile means you can use it on the go. <br><br>This microwave seems very portable to me. It just does not seem like a mobile device. Another example ... Do a search for portable carpet cleaning equipment. Tons of those and absolutely all of them need to be plugged in.
