I can't enter text on phone keypads, & for years I've been wanting a phone with downloadable apps & QWERTY, but without a ton of additional features or a BlackBerry/E61 form factor (too wide for a pocket). Essentially, a combo of a 1999 Palm V and a phone. Ideal would have been a Symbian S60 version of the Nokia 6822, but the E70 was both a bit large and had insufficient memory/CPU.

The E90 has nice features, but I don't need that largish formfactor & large screen, WiFi or high-end camera, and certainly not the huge battery they require. Not to mention the price... Too much to lose/drop/have stolen.

If the execution will be good, I really like the KT610. Small external display is enough to look up a contact or calendar appointment, but saves juice, keyboard inside has a numeric row so no need for the annoying modifier keys just to enter a phone#. I actually think it looks good too.
Can't wait to try one out in the flesh.

Dolphin
