A phone targeted at being a multimedia device should at least have a nice keypad to send text/mms/e-mails. I stopped buying Nokia because I can't stand their new keypads. This is the users interaction with the phone and the best Nokia can do is a miniature keypad. I am awaiting the next QWERTY offering from Nokia. Please o please release one, Windows Mobile is killing me!!! The N78 and N96 have great specs but those dinky keypads, come on!!!
