Of course since Sprint SUED me for thousands of dollars for an account that was never even mine, it is a bit more personal too. Ohh, and the account did not even have my name. It was a SOC# number that had a digit misplaced.

Take all that into consideration and everybody I have ever dealt with (In Las Vegas) had a ton of dropped calls to me with their phones.

So I am not really surprised about this. The reason that Southwest and JetBlue are the only profitable airlines these days is because they (generally) have good service, good prices and listen to their customers.

The whole mobile industry still charges an arm and a leg for even basic services. Customer service and coverage is bad for all of them. But what are you going to do, switch to another company that gives you the same? If any company ever stepped up to bat and actually listened to their customers the way that those airlines do, they would be sure to get my business.

Unfortunately, they are all tied for dead last in my book. And unfortunately, I have to use one of them. Yesterday, it was AT&T/Cingular/AT&T. Today it's Sprint/Nextel Sprint/Whatever. It's like they are working together to suck and gouge. While they all get rich, I get a crappy product.
