Don't go comparing apples with bananas. Integrated graphics will not get you top performance. This chipset is for folks who don't want or need dedicated graphics cards, and as things are apparently you're better off with AMD. Now - does it come with socket 775 so I can throw an Intel Core Duo CPU in there? Exclusive and top AAA titles are released on the consoles FIRST...pc's get sloppy ports.  You mean to tell me I have to upgrade  my complete $3000 PC setup (8800Ultra SLI/QX6600) system so that I can enjoy DX10.1 games that supposedly looks and plays better than any PS3/360 console game???!! <br><br>Well, I'll say no thank you - 360=$279...plays fantastic games, plays HD videos, streams, windows media extender...the list goes on...no way am I going to jump ship over to AMD and get all the hardware  so that I can play WoW or some crappy PC ports...<br><br>PC gaming is nearly dead...or soon to be. Lets also not forget that your $279 xbox can't play online (requires a hard drive, which you can't get for 279), then more expensive games, paid online, lack of custom content (user made mods, maps, skins), not to mention that I actually get a computer with my purchase. Can your 360 run MS word? Why no, it can't. To get that sort of functionality (not to mention that streaming capability you so seem to love), you need a separate computer anyway. You can already use Direct X 10.<br><br>Also, anyone that's an avid PC gamer will probably only need to upgrade their GPU's, as their base configuration should be fine for now.<br><br>PC gaming is far from dead.  I do agree with you on the exclusives though, I think all games that are multi-platform should be released at the same time.  <br><br>Have you ever wondered why there is no web browser on the 360?<br><br>Microsoft does this on purpose. I am not so sure this whole test is comparable they are basically using a quad core AMD vs. intels dual core. It will work with ATI grahics cards only . I wonder if AMD 780 series chipsets with new integrated graphics and HDTV capabilities will eliminate the requirement to pair an ATI graphic card with my old hdtv ati wonder card??
