It didn't take months for the iPhone to be jailbroken, and much less time for decent apps to be written. Though we don't yet know what the process will be to get apps published, I expect many of the developers who already have apps to work feverishly to port them to the official SDK.

Except for one extra factor this time around - money. - A tool that can convert bullshit to money
- A decent MMS tool for sending images between iphones
- SKYPE
- A dedicated Messenger tool, that can use Windows Live.
- Video Camera app? that cant be hard right? take a picture 12 times
a second and record the sound too. Do some fancy compression and add
it to a folder in the Video section.

Also when the hell is apple going to add WiFi Syncing to iTunes, if
