Try Ghost Squad with the Zapper or Nyko Perfect Shot. It let's you align your sight to the gun (which all shooters on the Wii should do). Yeah, it's a hentai/eroge/etc. game. I saw this mentioned on a Japanese gaming site, and I think it was Dengeki Online. It reminded me of that DS game where to find who was a vampire, you'd have to lift girl's skirts up with the DS pen.
