After that you'll have to wait while it copies it all to slower, larger memory. (will release in April) Full HD recorded to internal flash media.  It's actually even smaller than this camera.  Price is only $100 more. I like the casio for high-def recording for three main reasons:<br>1. Ergonomics of putting the right hand on the hand grip and left hand on the barrel.<br>2. Left hand controls the big focusing ring.<br>3. Great big sensor is much larger than the one in the Canon, perhaps this will give us better low light; I hope so. <br><br>Note that the Casio also has a microphone shoe and a microphone jack.  The casio records in a more computer file friendly format (MOV H.264), although I don't know the bandwidth.<br><br>A bunch of camera guys would like to see a side to side comparo with an SLR camera too, for what it's worth. I shot in burst mode at 30FPS and I was amazed on how good the pictures where, then I bumped it up to 60fps and they where equally as good.  Now if thing will allow add on lenses for further distance we have a winner....  If your kids are in action sports or you shoot wild life this is the camera you most likely won't miss anything with.
