Then it'll be something a hell of a lot better than that POS refresh they did like 2-3 weeks back.  <br><br>Better yet... put that in the next "Macbook Air".  Cause these new MBA's are sexy on the outside, but slow as hell on the inside. OS X surely beats the pants off XP when it comes to managing memory, that is definitely not your problem.<br>Parallels / VMWare are problematic b/c they suck CPU even when not in use, usually between 10 and 20%. Use Activity Monitor to find what's causing your slowdown, I bet it's Parallels.
