I don't frisbee it across the room, but I'm hardly gentle with it either. It's traveled well, and really been a nice, inexpensive laptop. It's a fantastic machine, and it's never given me any problems. Maybe Averatec's bigger laptops have issues, but this one is rock solid. First all 3 USBs burned out, then the power connection and motherboard burned out.  The screen was loose and wobbly the whole time I owned it. Averatec lappies had somthing around a 40% failure rate within one year of purchase, and 70% within 2 years.  Wasn't limited to a single model - didn't seem to matter which one was purchased - it most likely would fail.  <br><br>For those of you who had luck with the machines... Have had mine for three plus years with zero problems, looks great, has great desing, and is a pleasure to use anytime. Also the old screen form factor is great.
